Family reunion

Weekend is almost over!
We had a family reunion this afternoon. Fun! And homemade hamburgers. A bunch of us spent most of the time playing Phase 10. I love playing cards and most board games (except Monopoly and Risk), some may say I'm competitive!

I'm wondering...
I make practically everything from scratch and I want to know if there's a website where I can type in the ingredients and servings and get calories per serving. And I'm looking for something free! I know there must be something out there!
Hope everyone has a great week. I think I'm looking forward to weigh in tomorrow!
Stay tuned!

  1. I use my fitnesspal.com I do lots of cooking from scratch and this site will let you put in oil and the amount, sugar and the amount, nuts and the amount and of course so on. It use it to track my meals, exercise and goals. The only thing I don't like about it, the crunches, bendovers, planks, push-ups don't count towards calories earned they are just exercise. I love it with the cardio stuff I can eat and extra this or that (though I don't usually do that but if I wanted to I can). Otherwise it's easy to use and I have found pretty accurate.
I'm off to read some more. I'm following you my dear. Thank you for stopping by and visiting. Take care and have a blessed day.
