Food tracker

I didn't eat very well these last two days. Headaches and husband not home for a few meals, that's when I get out the sandwich fixings.
So yes, this is all I ate but spread out over the whole day.

1 serving oatmeal with 1 banana, 1 Tbsp slivered almonds and sweetener
6 small chipa (about 40 cal each)
2 small pieces of light chocolate (for 64 cal)
1 slice whole wheat bread with 1/2 tsp margarine 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese
1 slice whole wheat bread with 1/2 tsp margarine 1 tsp light peach jam
1 banana
1 slice whole wheat bread with 1/2 tsp margarine 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese
1/2 slice whole wheat bread with  a bit of margarine and 1 tsp light peach jam

14 glasses of water

30 Crunches
30 Reverse Crunches
30 Bicycle Crunches
30 pelvic lifts  
30 half Push ups
30 Tricep Kickbacks
30 Hammer Curls
30 more hammer curls

  1. Looks like you ate the oatmeal- so delicious, huh? :) Sometimes it's hard to eat healthy when you're alone. Hope your headache went away!
