Just found a challenge I'd like to do!
This challenge is from Christine and I'm gonna do it!
I used to go to an exercise class once a week, but it's been cancelled , so here I go! Anyone else care to join me?
30 Crunches (or sit ups)
30 Push ups
30 Hammer Curls
30 Tricep Dips
Just do it!
