It use it to track my meals, exercise and goals. The only thing I don't like about it, the crunches, bendovers, planks, push-ups don't count towards calories earned they are just exercise. I love it with the cardio stuff I can eat and extra this or that (though I don't usually do that but if I wanted to I can).
