I’ve been trying all day to get a post written, let’s see if I can do it now in one sitting.
First things first:
ü Weight last week: 122 kg – 268.9 lbs
ü Today’s weight: 121.1 kg – 266.9 lbs
ü Pounds lost: 2lbs
ü Last weeks waist measurement: 48.8 inches
ü Today’s Waist measurements: 47 inches
ü Inches lost: 1.8 inches
ü Track Calories staying under 1800 calories/day.
Monday – 1750
Tuesday – 1580
Wednesday – 1700
Thursday – 1250
Friday – 1125
Saturday – 1700
My Fitness Pal recommends 2010 calories/day, but I'm trying to stay under 1800 for now. I will be gradually lowering that, as I go along.
ü Track exercise (exercise 5 days/week)
I got 4 out of 5 days in! No good enough excuse for this. I could have done it, but I decided to sleep in a few mornings (taking advantage of the kids school break). But yup, I was just lazy. And my calves really hurt bad from step aerobics!
I’m reading my book and making notes as I go. It’s a challenging book, really. I’ve been suppressing a lot of things the last few years. Don’t think about it, and maybe it’ll go away. Well, it doesn’t. And the author is asking me to answer some questions, that I’ve avoided answering in the past. And then I wonder why!
I’ve also gotten reacquainted with the whole blogging thing. I had been following quite a few blogs in my Google reader, but now I’m back to opening them. It does take longer, and I need to limit myself to those in the E2E challenge and a few other favorites, but it makes for a lot of reading. J
I’ve been in touch with my buddy, Julie! What a great supporter! She amazes me! What a busy woman! Glad we’re buds!
