Busy, busy, busy... Midweek update

Today has been one of those crazy days, and since my hubby will be home any minute now, I have a few things to do for Joseph's birthday party tomorrow, supper to prep and a parent teacher meeting to go to tonight, this will not be a long post.
Exercise has been 4/4 and I'm SO happy with that. And I'm sure I'll get in another 1 and hopefully 2 work-outs.
Food has been a struggle. I've not been tracking well, I get breakfast written down and then the day gets away with me. If I don't write it down right away, I'm sure I'll forget.
I don't think I've gone over my calories, but since I don't track I can't be sure.
Gotta run, hope to write some tomorrow....


  1. Hang in there, Casey. I am lost when I don't track too. I'm finding my fitness pal very handy because I can track from my phone. It is so convenient. I wish you the best.

  2. I find tracking online helps me a lot too. I have an app on my phone that I use. Just keep being conscious of your choices and that will help!
